Cette force d\u00e9pend de la tension \u00e0 l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de la courbe (tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e), ainsi que de l&rsquo;angle de la courbure et de la friction. Pour un CDF de\u00a00,10 et une courbure de 90\u00a0degr\u00e9s, le facteur de multiplication est de\u00a01,17.\u00a0 Mais pour un CDF de\u00a00,80 et une courbure de 90\u00a0degr\u00e9s, le facteur est de\u00a03,51.\u00a0 Ainsi, le CDF le plus bas ajoute 17\u00a0% \u00e0 la tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e tandis que le plus haut ajoute 251\u00a0%.\u00a0 De petites variations de \u03bc (coefficient de friction) ont un effet significatif sur la tension de courbure. Un test multicourbures permet de mesurer dans quelle mesure le lubrifiant reste enduit lorsque le c\u00e2ble se d\u00e9place dans les courbes du conduit. Nous avons utilis\u00e9 ce test pour \u00e9tudier la quantit\u00e9 de lubrifiant, le remplissage du conduit, le tirage dans l&rsquo;eau et le tirage de plusieurs c\u00e2bles.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5865 size-full alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/polywaterv2.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Test-Set-Up.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"402\" height=\"244\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.polywater.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Test-Set-Up.png 402w, https:\/\/www.polywater.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Test-Set-Up-300x182.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 402px) 100vw, 402px\" \/>Dans un test multicourbures, un poids est ajout\u00e9 au c\u00e2ble pour produire une tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e connue. Le c\u00e2ble est tir\u00e9 \u00e0 travers une s\u00e9rie de courbes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un moteur \u00e0 vitesse constante, et la tension de tirage est mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cellule de charge. Ces donn\u00e9es de tension sont mesur\u00e9es \u00e0 intervalles r\u00e9guliers, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement toutes les demi-secondes. La force n\u00e9cessaire pour tirer le c\u00e2ble dans les courbes est utilis\u00e9e pour calculer le CDF. Ce test compl\u00e8te le test du tableau de friction, mais n\u00e9cessite plus de temps et de mat\u00e9riel pour obtenir des r\u00e9sultats significatifs.<\/p>\n<p>Une estimation pr\u00e9cise de la tension de traction est le but d&rsquo;une mesure pr\u00e9cise du CDF. Les c\u00e2bles ont des limites de tension maximales bas\u00e9es sur la taille et le mat\u00e9riau du conduit. Il est important de ne pas d\u00e9passer ces limites lors de l&rsquo;installation. La planification du chemin de c\u00e2bles et l&rsquo;estimation de la tension en combinaison avec l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un lubrifiant haute performance est un excellent moyen de rester en dessous des limites de tension maximales.<\/p>\n<p>Les limites de tension (\u00e9crasement) sur les parois lat\u00e9rales du c\u00e2ble constituent un \u00e9l\u00e9ment connexe.
