La courbe oblige les trois c\u00e2bles \u00e0 se d\u00e9ployer dans une configuration c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te. Si la largeur combin\u00e9e des trois c\u00e2bles est suffisamment grande, les c\u00e2bles peuvent se caler contre les parois du conduit, interrompant compl\u00e8tement le tirage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le blocage est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui se produit lorsque trois c\u00e2bles sont tir\u00e9s dans un conduit comportant au moins une courbe.\u00a0 Les forces n\u00e9cessaires pour tirer \u00e0 travers un blocage endommageront les c\u00e2bles, le conduit ou les deux en raison de la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie des c\u00e2bles par rapport au conduit, comme le montre la figure\u00a01. Par cons\u00e9quent, si vous tirez trois c\u00e2bles \u00e0 la fois, vous devrez planifier pour \u00e9viter ce risque.<\/p>\n<p>Pour calculer votre taux de blocage, utilisez l&rsquo;\u00e9quation suivante\u00a0: le coefficient de blocage est \u00e9gal au diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur du conduit divis\u00e9 par le diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur moyen du c\u00e2ble. Par exemple\u00a0: trois c\u00e2bles de 2,54\u00a0cm dans un conduit de 7,62\u00a0cm donnent un coefficient de blocage de 3,0. Le blocage ne se produit que dans un rapport de blocage compris entre\u00a02,7 et\u00a03,1. Pourquoi\u00a0? Si les trois c\u00e2bles sont suffisamment petits par rapport au conduit, ils ne peuvent pas se coincer. S&rsquo;ils sont assez gros, on ne peut pas les faire sortir de leur triade.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-856 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/polywaterv2.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Jammed-formation-FR-translation-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"251\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le logiciel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polywater.com\/fr\/pull-planner\/\">Pull-Planner\u2122<\/a> fait la moyenne des diam\u00e8tres ext\u00e9rieurs des c\u00e2bles et informe l&rsquo;utilisateur en concluant que le blocage est soit \u00ab\u00a0impossible\u00a0\u00bb, soit \u00ab\u00a0non probable\u00a0\u00bb, soit \u00ab\u00a0probable\u00a0\u00bb.
